Description

Awaken offers Privates, Semi-Privates, Reformer Classes, Mat Classes, Gyrotonic sessions and Gyrokinesis classes all under one roof! Classes are taught by some of the finest instructors in the Twin Cities. The studio is a large open space with wood floors, exposed ceilings and avocado green walls. Awaken is partnering with Balanced Body to offer a Pilates teacher training program starting late fall 2007! We are located in the LynLake neighborhood next to The Jungle Theater and below JP's American Bistro in the "big yellow building."
